An expansive 350,000 sf freezer distribution complex nestled in Martin County, FL, comprising of two buildings. Boasting an array of amenities, including 46 dock positions and a vast storage capacity for up to 33,000 pallets, this project stands as a beacon of efficiency and innovation.
Spanning across 11 acres, the development encompasses a comprehensive infrastructure, planned for optimal functionality. From the intricate network of sanitary and storm sewers to the seamless integration of primary electric, gas, and water systems, every detail has been carefully considered. Notably, the installation of a shrinkage-compensating concrete slab adds to the project's durability and longevity. Highlighting its technological prowess, the facility features state-of-the-art refrigeration systems, incorporating advanced ammonia and freon technologies. Additionally, our team has undertaken the installation of insulated metal panels, ensuring superior thermal efficiency and structural integrity throughout the complex.
