A leader for efficiency and innovation, this 354,000 sf cooler and freezer distribution complex in Martin County, FL spans two buildings and features 45 dock positions, storage capacity for up to 33,000 pallets, and 8,800 sf of finished office space, this project stands as a leader of efficiency and innovation.
Situated on an 21 acre site, the development includes a comprehensive infrastructure system which was planned for optimal functionality. From the network of sanitary and storm sewers to the integration of primary electric and water systems, every detail was carefully considered. Our team utilized shrinkage-compensating concrete slabs to improve durability and longevity. Other advanced features include a state-of-the-art refrigeration system which incorporates ammonia and freon technologies.
Self-Perform
Our self-perform team installed insulated metal panels for thermal efficiency and structural integrity, while our carpentry team handled in-wall backing, doors, millwork, framing, FRP, and Division 10. We partnered locally for drywall, taping, ACT ceilings, and baffles.
