Design and construction of a cold storage facility on 6.39 acres of undeveloped land. The site, situated on a steep slope, required extensive tree removal and the hauling of over 5,000 cubic yards of spoils to bring it to grade. The new facility includes 48,900 sf of freezer storage, a 14,850 sf convertible room, and over 9,000 pallet positions of storage, along with office and support space.
