Giving Back
One of the ways we measure our success is how much we give back to the communities where we work.
Through our Power with Purpose initiative, we strive to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by engaging in various forms of support: fundraising and donations, volunteering our time and expertise, providing materials, and coordinating special projects.
While we undertake numerous company-wide initiatives each year, we understand the challenges busy professionals face in finding time to volunteer. That's why we make it convenient for our full-time team members to dedicate entire workdays to volunteering with organizations they care about. We believe that even one person's contributions for a full day can have a significant impact.
