This expansive 278,000 sf freezer distribution warehouse in Rock Hill, SC, is designed for optimal functionality and efficiency, featuring diverse storage environments and advanced infrastructure. 

The scope of work encompassed 29 acres of comprehensive site development, including infrastructure for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, primary electric, gas, and water, and the installation of a shrinkage-compensating concrete slab throughout the facility. We self-performed insulated metal panel installation for superior thermal efficiency. 

Additionally, we conducted thorough site due diligence, addressing geotechnical, environmental, surveying, and easement relocation needs, developing a greenfield site with the relocation of multiple existing municipal utilities for seamless integration into the new facility.
