In order to expand and consolidate their growing “Lunchable Line” business under one roof, Kraft’s Oscar Meyer Division wanted to add four new production lines to its existing Garland, Texas facility. Kraft Foods selected United Insulated Structures based on their mutual, long-standing successful relationship to provide design, engineering and construction services for a new 10,000 sf dry warehouse addition and the complete build-out of a new 200,000 sf food processing/cold storage warehouse space within their existing facility. Maintaining the existing processing facility’s production operations throughout construction.
