United Insulated Structures provided comprehensive design, engineering, and construction services for this 98,387 sf cold storage facility. The facility includes freezer, cold storage, and dry storage areas equipped with a VNA racking system. Site work on the 21-acre site involved creating a dry detention pond, constructing a concrete truck apron with 18 parking stalls, and building a new asphalt road to improve access to the existing facility.
