Carmi Wholesale Distributors - Warehouse Addition

United Insulated Structures constructed a 19,765 sf addition to an existing warehouse, featuring a freezer, candy cooler, and dry storage with storage racks in the freezer and candy cooler areas. Previously a grassy plot, the new space required no significant demolition. The enclosure includes an underfloor glycol system, floor insulation, 5-inch thick panels, and an R-50 roof system for potential future conversion of the candy cooler into a freezer.

Our team self-performed the installation of insulated metal panels, wood blocks, floor insulation, cold storage doors, frames, hardware, and carpentry work. Safety protocols were strictly followed due to the proximity of power lines.
