Kraft Foods

Project Description

Provided all Design, Engineering and Construction work required for a new 10,000 S.F. Dry Warehouse Addition and the complete buildout of a new 200,000 S.F. Food Processing/Cold Storage Warehouse space within their existing facility.

In order to expand and consolidate their growing “Lunchable Line” business under one roof, Kraft’s Oscar Mayer Division decided to add four new production lines to it’s existing Garland, Texas facility. Kraft Foods selected UISC to provide all Design and Construction services for the project based on the long standing successful relationship they have had.

Despite the logistical problems with maintaining the existing Plant’s Production operation throughout construction, UISC was able to complete the project ahead of schedule and under budget, resulting in substantial savings to the Owner.
