Koch Foods – Phases II-VIII

Project Description

All Design/Engineering, Site Development and Construction required for multiple additions and interior renovation projects to the +/- 400,000 S.F. “Ready-to-Eat” Food Processing Plant.

Working together with Koch Foods UISC was able to formulate a plan to meet the long term goals of increasing production capacity by 40,00 #’s/HR during the comissioning of three (3) “Super Lines” over a 3-year time period. Our phased construction plan enabled the facility to maintain current production levels and expand key support areas without causing any delays to current manufacturing processes.

Project included the complete redesign and expansion of Koch’s existing Waste Water Pre-Treatment plant operations.  The facility’s permitted waste stream effluent almost doubled; increasing from 400,000 to 750,000 GPD.
