Project Description
In order to expand their growing businesses, Terri Lynn Candy and Packaging By Design needed to relocate. Graziano Properties L.L.C. commissioned UISC to provide their Design/Build capabilities for the Project located at Fox Bluff Industrial Park in Elgin, Illinois.
Site work development included all excavation, underground utilities and pavement systems. Total Project development, including design/engineering phase, permit process and construction, was completed within 8½ months of ground breaking.
